Week 5 Term 2

Good morning all,

What wild and windy weather we've had over night, I hope everyone is safe and well. The weekend started with such promise, Saturday being an absolute dream of a day! We took a quick day trip to Perth to give our family some much needed cuddles and whilst there I found out I am going to be an aunty again in December. So the weather was an added bonus for me!

The power is off at school this morning, so back to basics today with the old chalk and talk.

WEEK 5 REMINDERS

STAR CITIZEN
A special congratulations again to Kade and Sophie who receieved our Merit Awards last week.

This Wednesday Mr Lee will be presenting the Star Citizen award in class, and I again will film and post it for you all to see. I do look forward to getting back to assemblies, so everyone can share in these special awards.

NATURALISTE FREE DRESS DAY
Naturaliste were our mid-term MJR winners, which means they get to wear free dress this Friday 29th May.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF
As we are still unable to have parent enter the school grounds, the car parks have had a work out. In saying this, the drop off and pick up lanes seem to be finding their groove and the wait time has reduced significantly. Thank you for your patience with all of this, the admin team and staff are doing everything in their power to streamline this process while keeping the children safe.

WEEK 5 HOMEWORK

Homework officially begins again this week. Home Learning Grids will be distributed today and have slightly changed with a few additional tasks. These are to be completed and signed WEEKLY.
