Kaya , I hope you all had a wonderful sunny Saturday and Sunday to finish your week. It was so lovely to see some of you at our Year 6 Family mass on Saturday night, what a special ceremony it was, including the blessing of the palms for Palm Sunday. It was also lovely to share some pizza with the students after mass. Thank you Mrs Holt for organizing a beautiful afternoon. ⸙⸙  We made the last minute decision to go to Perth today to celebrate my father-in-laws birthday and bring home a Docker's win! There was so much joy, watching Xavier's face see his idols run across the field and get a win (even it was a messy game!)   Kaya , I hope you all had a wonderful sunny Saturday and Sunday to finish your week. What a fun week we had, a green mid-week celebration was had by all. Miss Hurst was such a true ambassador of the Irish spirit, immersing us in a wonderful culture experience. I thank her for the time and effort she put in to planning such authentic and meaningful tasks, whilst still having fun! 💚🍀 The students not only took part in all the activities but even had a wee jig (Miss Hurst's language) at the end of the day.It was such a pleasure seeing the children leave with huge smiles on their faces beaming from ear to ear.  Then to top it all off, the Year 6 students finished their swimming lessons on Friday with incredible manners and respect for their awesome swim instructors, what a great end to the week!
