Week 3 Information

Good afternoon parents,

I hope you have had a wonderful week, I can definitely say that I will sleep well tonight!

Thank you to all those parents who have advised the school on whether their child will be attending next week. If your child is attending school next week, can you please ensure that you notify me.

Please be aware that parents are still not permitted on school grounds. Please refer to previous email from the school outlining the pick up procedure. Fingers crossed we don't get as many torrential downpours at 3pm, as I know there were some very wet teachers on duty trying to keep the flow of traffic moving this week.

We will be following a very similar structure to the sequence of the days as outlined in the Week 3 Learning Grid with minimal adaptations for increased face to face teaching and support. Please note that due to the increased numbers of children at school, I am not able to provide Teams teaching sessions for Literacy and Math's each day. However, I will be holding 2 teams sessions throughout the week in my DOTT time to connect with those at home. I will still be checking the Teams chat channel regularly throughout the day for questions and emails are always welcome. I will reply as soon as I can.

Below is an electronic copy of the Term 2 Week 3 Learning Schedule. If your child is not attending school, I will be emailing the Learning Grid and Resource links needed to your personal email (This is easier with fewer numbers).

Please remember that The Learning Grid is a suggested timetable and is flexible to suit how your day runs. Please ensure your child is taking a photo of each work sample and is uploaded in the 'Completed Work' folder for me to see and mark. This way I can see how your child is tracking.
